What's New
|
Check out the Entertainment section at Partner Stores, Inc. We're always adding content that we believe you would be interested in seeing. And, our choices are different then what you would find elsewhere. Such as clips from community television. Check out the Blog from "Ross, the Intern" on the Jay Leno show or Miley Cyrus's "Hip Hop Hoedown". How about "Deal or No Deal" the game. Enjoy as all of this is pure entertainment.

Photography Ramblings
|
We now have a Blog, of sorts. You can get to it here. The article headline says it is "ramblings" - although it covers many issues that affect us every day. It's Rob's thoughts as he sees it after being around and kicking for over 55-years. Some of the segments are provocative while others just make sense of the absurdities of the world around us.

What's New On Virtual Galleries
|
The 2008 Report from Art.com is now available for viewing. Every image we have on the three sites (art.com, artisitrising.com, allposters.com) is reflected in the report.
View it today.
We've lost a few photographers who decided they wanted to go it alone. That's OK, you win some you loose some. That is the way it is. Review the current list of photographers by clicking here. We will be going through the list and eliminating a few more based on their responses to requests for additional updates to their portfolio.
We have a lot of photography coming on-line during the next few weeks. Plus, we will be signing up with another production company to replace the Photo Stock Plus company that we dropped last month. We like Photo Stock Plus but they were limited in their commission structure as well as overall products available. This next company is similar to Art.com in that they offer frames as well as other products. These offer the highest commissions of anywhere on the Internet. _____________________________________________

Car Shows in Michigan
|
We don't know, yet, if we will be doing the West Michigan Car Show in August. Last year was grueling on our photographers due to the heat and humidity. Plus, our fearless leader has continuing issues with medical challenges that has curtailed his activities in this sport.
There are a lot of things we would like to do with this activity but due to the economy, budget restraints, and other challenges, we have been forced to cut back.

You've Got to be Kidding Me America
|
Ever had one of those days when you were confronted with absurdities? So much so that you remarked "you've got to be kidding me". Well, one of our clients is producing a Community Television production that broadcasts over wktv.org through the Comcast Cable Channels.
It
reflects really good bone-head satire about life in general. Filmed in
Grand Rapids Michigan the video presents several clips that show some of the dumb myths that exist in today's society. It looks at all those things
that we observe as totally unbelievable yet these things do happen, not
just on this film but also every day life. All the weird stuff that you
can imagine. Enjoy, because America you've got to be kidding me.
Watch new episodes every week on WKTV shown through the Comcast Cable network on Tuesday @ 11:00 p.m. and Thursday @ 1:00 a.m.

How is this economy affecting you? I have several friends that are going through turmoil and others that are unsure of their job. Fear is setting in for many. Fear that those jobs will evaporate, fear that when their unemployment runs out how will they live, fear of loosing their homes, and fear that they have no control over their lives. Well, I'm here to challenge all of you to take charge of your own destiny. And how do you do that? It won't be easy, it will be hard, but by the time you complete the challenge, you will be gratified to know you are the boss. It's really quite simple. You have three items that are most important if you decide to take control of your own destiny. - You must be teachable
- You must be willing to sacrifice for the long term
- You must be will to invest in yourself and your destiny
If those are impossible to do, you will always be at the mercy of someone else controlling your life and your destiny. You are doomed to have fear for the rest of your life as to whether you job is secure (which it is never secure). You will always be wondering what is around the next corner and what is about to jump out and knock you to the ground. Are you prepared to risk everything for that kind of a life style? If your response is NO, then you should contact me because I have a plan for your success in meeting the challenges of being your own boss.
Sincerely,

Rob Worth Jr
